Had the same problem in http://www.superbock.pt/cinema/cinemaapp/ (“official” link is http://www.superbock.pt/cinema/). Regeneration is triggered by SSIS.
The overview collection is the one last thing I’d love to not have to recreate, but haven’t found a way so far. Looks like we solved the regeneration problem the same way :)

I’ll have a deeper look at eventr later.

Only the new images + the overview collection are regenerated and uploaded… so its only a minor amount of work to add a new image :)
